Eating more mindfully is a great place to start when looking at your diet. Instead of eating on the hoof, take time to stop & sit down or move away from your desk to an environment where you can concentrate on enjoying your meal.

Savour the flavours of each mouthful, acknowledge the food choices you have made, chew your food slowly and sip water to improve hydration & help lubricate the process of digestion.

Mindful eating helps you to eat more intuitively too, by paying more attention to what you are eating and how it makes you feel :) Slowing down gives the brain-gut connection chance to register satiety (fullness) which helps you regulate your food intake appropriately & achieve those healthy eating goals
